Abstract

The article presents characteristics of current condition and development perspective of the Russian Far East. The authors highlight the urgency of fostering of regional business environment creation and relate these objectives to the mission of VSUES as an entrepreneurial University. They define priority trends in academic, scientific and innovation activities of the University giving examples of the fulfilled projects aimed at solving of specific socio-economic problems.
